Four Repositories and ~WellbeingIdentity

The idea became a system by giving four repositories separate authority.

~WellbeingIdentity now enhances rather than blocks the demonstration.

  • Anyone may paste text and receive the full content-only analysis.
  • The same text receives the same deterministic score for everyone.
  • A verified Wellbeing Identity unlocks My Response under separate consent.
  • My Response uses one explicit impact score and participant-selected canonical identity facets.
  • Private identity values never enter the checker, response, save token, logs, or saved observation.
  • Saving remains optional; deletion and revocation remain participant-controlled.

For a verified participant such as Moses, the result can show content score 51/100 beside an impact value entered by the participant and selected paths such as ~~~Values or ~~~HardSkills. No personal value or affected facet is prefilled or inferred.

The working loop

On 21 June 2026, the complete identity connection reached production: a roster-bound participant requested a one-time link, completed the bounded session exchange, returned to the same Cortisol Checker expression, and recorded a participant-authored response. Authentication established who was responding; it did not alter the deterministic content score.

Implementation evidence: the one-time email exchange completed and created a bounded identity session. The private email locator is intentionally absent from this published figure.
Cortisol Checker result comparing a 51 out of 100 content score with a participant-entered 75 out of 100 impact score and participant-selected Values and Hard Skills facets
Implementation evidence, not scientific validation: deterministic content score `51/100`; participant-authored impact score `75/100`; participant-selected `~~~Values` and `~~~HardSkills`. The checker inferred neither the impact score nor the facets, and nothing is retained unless the participant separately chooses Save.

This distinction is the operational form of Observer Attention: the system can describe the language, while the represented observer describes their own response.
